I am professionally registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and have a Foundation Degree in Person-Centred Counselling, accredited by The University of Brighton.

My counselling experience includes bereavement counselling at a Sussex hospice, counselling at an NHS Medical Practice, and many years as a listening Samaritan.

Focusing on the Person-Centred Approach, I see each and every client as a unique individual, and so the way we work together is equally unique.

During your first session with me, we will get to know each other, explore what brings you to counselling, and decide how best to proceed.

You will find each session a supportive space where you can explore and express your difficulties, thoughts and feelings, while feeling safe and not judged.

Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer, cheque or cash.
