Counselling can be useful in facilitating change.
The purpose of counselling is to help you live a more satisfying life.
I offer face to face counselling for individuals and couple counselling.
The duration of counselling will vary. I offer short ,medium and long term Person-Centred Counselling.

How to get to Seaford?

My practice"Seaford Counselling" is based in Seaford East Sussex just off the A259 in a quiet road with easy parking, about a mile from Seaford town centre, close to the Alfriston road junction. A short driving distance from the surrounding villages Alfriston , East Dean ,also Lewes and Eastbourne .

The No12 bus route between Brighton and Eastbourne which also stops at Rottingdean,Saltdean,Peacehaven, Newhaven and Seaford,has a bus stop close to end of my road within a short walking distance.

By train with direct links to: Lewes , Newhaven , Brighton , Eastbourne , East Sussex , and London

The first session is an opportunity ask any questions and see if we can work together and find out more about Person-Centred Counselling.
I have sessions available during the day,early evening and on Saturday.

If we mutually decide to work together, a fixed appointment can be made usually once per week for an agreed period of time, we can review the position together at any time.

You do not need to be referred by your doctor to make an appointment.

WHAT DOES CONFIDENTIALITY MEAN ?

It means that as a counsellor any information you share with me is subject to professional codes of ethical practice, which ensures the confidentiality of the information. This will be fully explained at our first session.

CRITICAL INCIDENT DEBRIEFING.(CID),(Psychological Debriefing)

As a trained critical incident debriefer, I can provide Critical Incident Debriefing sessions for individuals and groups,where there has been an incident requiring Critical Incident Debriefing, which is sometimes called Psychological Debriefing.

I am registered on the Trauma Specialist Register (registration No:RTS00042)


I also offer PERSON CENTERED SUPERVISION

I offer supervision for counsellors my approach is from a person centered Integrative perspective , please contact me for an appointment.
